William D. Pettigrew is a veteran attorney, who’s tried more than 70 cases. He is a 1986 graduate of East Central University with a B.A. in criminal justice and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 1989. Pettigrew joined Farmers Insurance Company’s in-house counsel as a trial attorney in 1993 before becoming partner at his own firm, Pettigrew, Lewis and Phillips, P.C., in 2005.

Kelsie J. Lewis is an experienced trial attorney, having successfully tried several cases. She is a 2005 graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She spent three years at Oklahoma Indigent Defense Systems practicing in capital post-trial convictions. Before joining Pettigrew, Lewis and Phillips, P.C., Lewis went into private practice, taking on criminal defense cases at the trial level from 2010-13.

Harris A. Phillips is a seasoned trial attorney, who obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He’s spent most of his career at Neiymier Firm, where he started as an intern. He left the firm in 2020 to join Pettigrew, Lewis & Phillips, P.C. as a partner. Phillips concentrates his practice in all areas of torts defense, as well as the prosecution and defnse of appeals in federal and state court.
